iGO HERE Q4.2017 Update

Updated February 6, 2020 By Emi 1 Comment

HERE has released another map update for iGO Primo and iGO Nextgen software.

The map set is updated with the latest field information and newest points of interest, both for cars and trucks.

HERE Q4.2017 (2018 release) is available for all iGO powered devices, ranging from Android smartphones to Windows CE pocket PCs.

As we already know, HERE is one of the main competitors for Google Maps and focuses on providing accurate maps for most drivers.

The new maps are available for Europe, the United States, and Canada.

You can download or buy these new maps from the official websites depending on your satnav’s brand.

These new maps contain all the files needed for smooth navigation: map files, point of interests, 3d buildings and fuel stations, driver graphic alerts and optimized routes.

For truck drivers, road restrictions and special locations are included in HERE Q4.2017 maps.

If you cannot find your delivery location on HERE Maps, try to use the method described in this article. I have described there a way to use locations on Google Maps along with the iGO software.
