The Samsung QLED Q9FN is a premium 4k UHD TV Model. The TV is available from a 55-inch up to a 75-inch.
We take a look at the picture settings to determine the optimal settings for this television.
Here are the recommended settings
First, turn off all the Eco Solution settings.
The reason for this is because you don’t want the backlight to adjust during the calibration. Also, if you don’t want the brightness to automatically change depending on the brightness of your room.
In Picture Mode, adjust the setting to Movie. This should bring the image quality closest to what the creator had envisioned.
In Expert Settings, adjust the Backlight to setting 8. Adjusting the backlight has no impact on the picture quality; therefore, you should adjust this based on your room brightness.
Brightness can be left at 0 and Contrast should be set to 45. Also, Sharpness can also be left at 0. In reference to the Color, set it at 25, Tint (G/R) left at the default setting.

Continuing in the Expert Settings, the Digital Clean View and Auto Motion Plus were set to off.
The Local Dimming was calibrated with the setting at Low; however, it’s recommended to turn back to High.
The Contrast Enhancer was left off since extra image processing should be avoided in order to keep the original content intact.
In Color Tone, adjust the setting to Warm2 and the Gamma was set to +2. In the Color space, it is recommended to leave it to Auto.
To get the best judder-free television experience, it’s advised to adjust the Auto Motion Plus setting in Custom and set the Blur Reduction and Judder Reduction to 0.
Also, ensure the LED Clear Motion is left unticked.
